To support student enrollment growth across the academy network, the full-time remote Enrollment Counselor will guide prospective students and their guardians through the enrollment process, utilizing a consultative approach to address barriers and ensure successful onboarding. Key Responsibilities Engage prospective students and families through inbound and outbound outreach, managing the full enrollment funnel Proactively follow up with prospective students to maintain momentum and address barriers to enrollment Represent the organization with professionalism, promoting the value of the mission and supporting broader enrollment team objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or a related field preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles Experience with CRM or telemarketing software preferred Must pass state and federal background checks Must be authorized to work in the United States
