Summary The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps achieve store sales objectives. This customer-focused role supports sales, store standards, and an inclusive team environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and help customers with product selection, styling, and fitting-room needs. Meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans. Educate customers about available programs, initiatives, and offerings. Maintain sales-floor, fitting-room, visual, and back-of-house standards. Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing responsibilities. Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues and management. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
