Leadenhall Search and Selection is currently partnering with a leading international advisory firm who are looking to expand their business transformation practice across the United States!

We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering finance transformation and improvement projects for clients. This role would suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, technology, and business transformation and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial assessment through to implementation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead finance transformation projects and take ownership of key workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Work with clients to understand how their finance function operates today and identify opportunities to improve processes, structures, and ways of working.
• Help design practical future-state solutions and develop clear transformation roadmaps.
• Support the delivery of technology-enabled change, including ERP, EPM, automation, and finance analytics initiatives.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, managing priorities, resolving issues, and keeping projects on track.
• Develop presentations, recommendations, business cases, and other client-facing deliverables.
• Support and develop junior team members while contributing to a collaborative project environment.
• Get involved in proposals, workshops, and other business development activities

What We're Looking For

• You should have 5- 9 years of relevant experience across areas such as finance transformation, consulting, corporate finance, strategy, operations, or business transformation.
• Experience managing finance transformation or operational improvement projects.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with senior finance leaders and facilitating workshops or presenting recommendations.
• Exposure to finance technology such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, EPM platforms, automation tools, or analytics solutions.
• Experience improving processes such as financial close, RTR, P2P, O2C, FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior consultants or project team members.
• Previous experience with a Big 4 consultancy or in a consulting environment would be advantageous.

This is a hands-on management role offering the opportunity to work across a variety of finance transformation initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and help organizations create more effective, technology-enabled finance functions.
