If you’re looking for a place where your contribution matters and where you can help build a better world of work; think of Gallagher.OverviewThis role will provide dedicated Scrum Master support for Data & Analytics teams, with a focus on improving Agile execution, Azure DevOps discipline, delivery visibility, and team coordination.How you'll make an impactFacilitate Scrum ceremonies and support predictable sprint delivery across two aligned teams.Partner with the Business Analyst to ensure backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria, and effective sprint intake.Own Azure DevOps setup, workflow consistency, dashboards, and delivery reporting.Establish QA gates and process standards to improve quality, reduce rework, and increase transparency.Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks with mitigation options.Ideally looking for someone who has integrated Scrum from the ground up.About You7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology environments.Strong Azure DevOps experience, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.Preferred ExperienceCSM, PSM, SAFe, Azure, or data-related certifications.Experience standing up Agile processes, QA gates, or governance practices.Compensation and benefitsAt Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
